Most of the Hi-Res versions are 4032 x 3024 and are 5 MB in size.

A wonderful relief from the Winter blahs, Reticulata Iris are one of the first flowers to bloom - right when the snow is melting.
They should be planted 3" (8 cm) deep in well drained soil (a touch deeper is fine). They don't mind snow melt in the Spring, but don't like to be near a downpipe in Summer.
Plant about the same distance apart. Resist the urge to plant too close together. If you've given them the right conditions they will form clumps.
After two years or so, plant 1/2 in another area of the garden. A shaded location will mean the flowers there will bloom slightly later, giving a longer bloom season.
If you run into problems, you can try building a modest-size mound on top of your garden and plant them in that.
Alternatively, dig them up just as the levaes are starting to go brown. Let them dry, then store in meshed bags in a cool location, ready for planting in the fall.
Remember new bulbs are forming at the base of each leaf. They represent next year's bloom. So don't go ripping them out and wonder why you don't have flowers next year.
The longer the leaves stay green, the bigger the bulbs will be. Generally bulbs over 1 cm in diameter sould bloom.

It never hurts to Get a Jump on Spring - buy a pot or two of different varieties to enjoy indoors.

Orange Glow

The orange/apricot colour is most intense when the flowers first open. The "oranginess" quickly fades, but is still quite nice. There is a slight intensity around the end of the fall's ridge.
The actual colour when the flower first opens can be tricky to capture in a photograph.
A unique new colour with beautiful markings. Sadly it was rejected by the Dutch grower it was first gaven to. The flowers are on the small side (40 mm tip-to-tip), but I think people will love it.
Perhaps it needs to be planted amonst a yellow variety, like Sunshine..

Mars Landing

Stock was significantly damaged in 2016 when the end of the field where it was planted didn't drain --> the area was sitting in water. Eventually channels were cut across the rows to the nearby canal, however by that point significant damage had already occurred. As the stock rebuilds sales will be increased..
